At MEET HET, we are strongly committed to insight and transparency. That is why we developed Memo, our own online monitoring platform that bundles all measurement data per project centrally. From vibrations and displacements to groundwater levels and temperature: Memo brings data from a variety of sensors together in one clear system.
Both technical and non-technical users find their way quickly thanks to the clear dashboards, intuitive visualizations and real-time data updates. Measured values are clearly presented via graphs, maps and timelines. Alarm thresholds can be flexibly set per parameter or location. As soon as a value exceeds the threshold, the system automatically informs the affected parties via text message or e-mail – quickly and purposefully.
Memo is more than a visualization platform. It is a powerful working tool that supports cooperation between all the actors involved: clients, contractors, study agencies or authorities. For example, it was crucially used in the monitoring of the Kennedy Tunnel in Antwerp, where hundreds of sensors were controlled and consulted as a function of safety and maintenance.
Because Memo is developed entirely in-house by MEET HET, customization is possible down to the last detail. Think of project-specific dashboards, links with other data sources, automation of reports or integration of new sensor types. We always tailor the platform to the needs of the project and the partners working on it.
Memo collects and visualizes data, but also forms the basis for further analysis. In cooperation with external partners, we focus on detecting trend lines, pattern recognition and – in the future – also predictive models. In this way, monitoring evolves from reactive to proactive.
With Memo, MEET HET offers a flexible, reliable and future-oriented solution for spatial monitoring. Fully customized. Fully under control
