Minutes of division

Do you want to split a plot to sell a part?
Then it is important to establish the exact boundaries and details in advance to avoid legal inconveniences.
This is possible thanks to a record (PV) of division.

A PV of subdivision is a PV of survey, dividing a parcel of land into several parts.
Be aware that only a surveyor expert is qualified to do this.

How do we proceed?
Our surveyor expert compares the current situation with other sources, such as property deeds, official records, building line plans, previous survey plans, cadastral sketches and much more.
Once the outer limits have been determined, sections can be drawn. Finally, a plan is finalized and submitted to the notary, including all administration with the cadastre (precad).

When do you need a PV of division?
This can be requested for a variety of reasons, ranging from splitting off between occupation and private parts, to dividing land among heirs and splitting for purchase or sale.
