A proces-verbaal (PV) of measurement is a land survey plan in which the legal property boundaries are investigated and recorded on a plan.
Please note that boundary investigations and the drafting of these plans may only be carried out by a licensed land surveyor, as required by law.
How do we proceed?
Our licensed land surveyor compares the current surveyed situation with various sources, such as property deeds, previous boundary reports, official road alignment plans, earlier survey plans, cadastral sketches, and more.
When do you need a PV of measurement?
A PV of measurement may be required for various reasons — for example, when selling a property, in case of a subdivision or establishment of a new building right, when creating a lot in a subdivision, or at the request of an architect to accurately determine the property boundaries.
