For manual settlement measurements, we send a surveyor with high-end equipment on site repeatedly (daily, weekly, by appointment) to take measurements and detect movements.

In addition, we have equally fully automated systems, which continuously and unmanned measure and transmit real-time data to our servers.

All measurement data are conveniently bundled per project on a self-built online platform, so that the customer can monitor this live at any time.
Moreover, in the case of fully automatic monitoring, we set an alarm threshold.

Once a certain threshold is exceeded, all stakeholders are notified via text message, email or siren at the site.

This provides reassurance not only to the contractor, but also to local residents.
